Gianvito Grieco, Esq.

I live life with a strong purpose. In my life, I seek to empower my clients so that they may live with the dignity that all humans deserve. I truly love working as an immigration attorney and being able to serve.

My passion for immigration law is inspired by the immigrant journey of my parents from Italy and Argentina to the United States.

My family came to the United States in search of a better life. I gladly work hard for all of my clients because I know that my efforts will make the difference between whether or not an individual can pursue the same dream that I was privileged enough to achieve.

Gianvito Grieco - Miami Immigration Lawyer
MY PASSION FOR IMMIGRATION LAW IS INSPIRED BY THE IMMIGRANT JOURNEY
OF MY PARENTS FROM ITALY AND ARGENTINA TO THE UNITED STATES.

After law school, I spent two years living abroad in Europe, the Middle East, and West Africa. I saw life through different lenses and perspectives. I was forced to learn to communicate with others despite not speaking the same language and built strength and faith in unfamiliar and confrontational situations which serve me well today as a lawyer.

I also learned to see the best within everyone.

I returned to the United States ready to use my unique strengths and abilities in service of others. I joined a legal services nonprofit that provides legal services to immigrant children, families, and refugees in Texas.

I fought on behalf of hundreds of clients during a time when America was experiencing an unprecedented attack against immigrant rights and prejudice.

Over the years I learned what it takes to provide the best for the well-being and success of my clients.

The following principles are what guide my work and daily commitment to my clients:

I am committed to maintaining a high level of communication. I believe that clients should not only be represented zealously, but that they should be educated and fully informed on their legal process. I take the time to truly involve and educate my clients.

I am committed to pursuing every possible opportunity for my clients. I believe that lawyers are hired to provide solutions, not simply to perform legal work. While success cannot be guaranteed in immigration law, I take pride and responsibility in accompanying my clients during representation and seeing them succeed.
